 Title: Philadelphia Water Color Society 112th Anniversary International Exhibition of Works on Paper 

 Venue: Wayne Art Center, Wayne Pa. 

 Awards: over $5,000.

  
 Juror: Frank Webb AWS, ( DF ), NWS 

 Eligibility: Eligible media include: pastels, water media, drawings, hand pulled prints, all work original and on or of paper. Collage elements must be of paper, any image or color on collage papers must be the work of the artist. No work previously exhibited at Wayne Art Center or in any PWCS exhibition will be accepted. No oils, photographic, digital, electronic process computer art will be accepted. No work older than 3 years and must not have been done under teacher supervision.  Paintings must be more than 140 inc. square
 

 Fees: PWCS Members $15. Non members $45 for two works

 Commission: 40%
